Willow Bloomfield creates organically forged metalwork, blending a playful, creative spirit with a deep observation and study of the natural world.
They use traditional, endangered techniques such as hammer forming and repoussé, alongside experimental, research-driven processes.
They have developed a distinctive aesthetic language. Their work balances artistic curiosity, material sensitivity and craftsmanship.
Willow is a graduate from the King's Foundation and has received funding from QEST. They have exhibited across the UK and internationally
