Drift is a 400 mm tall hand raised copper vessel that explores movement, shoreline and the slow shaping forces of the sea. The base is finished with a soft verdigris patina that rises gently into a richly textured copper surface, creating a seamless transition from water to sand.
 
The upper section carries a highly textured finish that evokes shifting tides, dune lines and the rhythms of waves meeting shore. Formed through many hours of hammerwork, Drift captures a moment of natural motion held in metal.
