Embossed Vessel is an elliptical form measuring approximately 130 mm by 150 mm tall, shaped through deep hammer chasing to create a flowing surface of swirling spirals. Each mark is built slowly through repeated strikes, giving the piece a sense of movement held in metal.
 
The vessel carries a rich patina of blacks and deep blues, settling into the recessed textures and lifting from the raised edges to emphasise the sculptural relief. The interplay of colour and chased pattern gives the form an almost tidal energy, echoing eddies, currents and the quiet turbulence of natural forces.
